World Water Challenge 2018 : First Announcement and Call for Problem Proposals for WWCH 2018

We are pleased to announce that the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport of the Republic of Korea and Korea Water Forum will be hosting the World Water Challenge 2018.

The World Water Challenge (WWCH) is an international contest for water solutions. Since created as a special program in the 7th World Water, it has been annually held in conjunction with the Korea International Water Week (KIWW), aiming to identify imminent water challenges and to find feasible solutions to them.

We cordially invite you to join this meaningful project and challenge to be a final winner with an outstanding solution that will contribute to solving the diverse water problems arising from all over the world.

Starting its journey towards coming up with the best solution to water challenges, we are seeking to discover water problems in the various regions for the first step of WWCH 2018.

Anyone (as individual or on behalf of the organization/company) wishing to participate in the WWCH 2018 is kindly requested to submit their proposal via online no later than June 1, 2018.

* Selected problem owners and solution providers will be invited to the KIWW 2018 to be held on 12-15 September, 2018 in Daegu Metropolitan City, Republic of Korea.
